Return Conditions

All sales on our website are subject to Law on Consumer Protection with Distance Sales Agreement
and applying all principles and provisions from those laws and regulations.
If the products you want to return fulfill the requirements with the following conditions, then
transactions can be done quickly:
Our customers shall contact us via our Customer Service Team about the product which you want to
return. You can find the contact information on the main page or you can just “click here” to see.
Products that sent without notifying the “Customer Service” will be return again to the customer.
Please make sure you follow these guidelines, you must return an item in the same condition as it
was received, not used or altered in any way. You must also include, in the same condition as it was
received: All original packaging such as boxes, bags, tags, and accessories, product tag, certificates,
manuals, warranty, etc… All items included in a bundle, should be there.
After the products have been unboxed from their original packaging, cannot be processed regards to
“7 days return requests”. Those products cannot be accepted.
According to Law on Consumer Protection – Article 4: The SELLER shall be responsible for delivering
the Contractual work in a durable, complete condition and in line with the qualities given in the order
If the consumer bought defective product/s from the seller, they have right to return within 90 days
of receipt. In this way, our consumers shall contact with our customer service to notify about their
products. That notification have to be within 30 days from the date of receipt.
We’ll email to confirm receipt of your returned order. If it meets the requirements of our Return
Policy we will refund the order within 14 business days. And we’ll email to confirm if you fully or
partially cancel your order.

Right of Withdrawal
The “Consumers” have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any
reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which the “consumers”
acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the “consumers” acquires, physical
possession of the goods. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the “consumer” must inform the
“seller” of buyer’s decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter
sent by post, fax or e-mail). The consumer may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not
obligatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for consumer to send their
communication concerning buyer’s exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period
has expired. The “seller” shall carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as
the consumer used for the initial transaction (wire-transfer, EFT, credit card etc…) in 14 days or
“seller” may keep the payment as an exchange or refund via store credits.
In that period, seller shall keep the product safe as they got it from the shipping company without
any loss. The consumers are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the
handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the
